Frequently asked questions
Don't see the brand or product you're looking for?
Most of the time, we can still make it happen. Our catalog shows the blanks we stock and use most often, but we work with a wide range of suppliers across t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, and accessories. Send us a quote with what you have in mind and we'll let you know.
Are large orders welcome?
Absolutely — we can manage production on every order, no matter the size. Whether it's a dozen tees for a small team or thousands of pieces for a corporate rollout, we'll scale the process to fit.
What's your minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by imprint method. Embroidery and screen print typically start around 12 pieces, while DTF and heat transfer can run smaller. Submit a quote and we'll confirm what works for your project.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and order details. Rush options are available for time-sensitive projects — just let us know your deadline when you request a quote.
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) are preferred for the cleanest results. We can also work with high-resolution .png, .jpg, or .psd files at 300 DPI or higher. If you don't have artwork ready, we can help refine your concept during the quote process.
Which printing method is right for my project?
It depends on the design, fabric, and quantity. DTF works for almost any garment and full-color art. Embroidery is best for logos on caps, polos, and outerwear. Heat transfer is ideal for names and numbers, and sublimation gives vivid all-over prints on polyester. Not sure? Pick “Recommend for me” on the quote form and we'll suggest the best fit.
Can I supply my own apparel?
In most cases, yes — we can decorate customer-supplied garments. Contact us first so we can confirm compatibility with the imprint method and walk through any garment-specific considerations.
Do you ship outside South Dakota?
Yes. We work with businesses, teams, and organizations across the Midwest and beyond. Orders can be picked up in-store at our Tea, SD shop or shipped directly to you — shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
